Captain Cesar Davila (R) plays his final game at Sitton Field tomorrow and will be joined by Vice Captain Sean Coleman (L) in leading the side.

April 8- Arizona looks to close out the regular season on a high tomorrow at Sitton Field and has named the side that will welcome UC-San Diego.

In the final home game for four seniors, Captain Cesar Davila leads the side and is joined in the leadership by Vice Captain and fellow Lock Sean Coleman in the absence of Flyhalf Kyle Rogers. "This is a great opportunity to give one of our up and coming leaders Sean Coleman a bit of a tip of the hat for his hard work and put some responsibility on him to set the tone for us" said Head Coach Sean Duffy "Cesar Davila has been a tremendous captain and he's laid a great example for our future leaders to follow."

In the Forwards, additional changes are made to the side that defeated Oregon State 73-3 last week in Corvallis. With Hooker Steven Branham and Prop Mason Pedersen preparing to join the Junior All Americans in Zimbabwe next week, Cam Hudson is joined in the front row by Hooker Bryce Mantell and Prop Matthew May.  Joining Davila and Coleman in the remainder of the Forwards are Alan Winder, Jake Rice, and Ian Crilly, who makes his first career varsity start. "Ian had a tremendous week at training, and he's a key piece of the future for us who's starting to get comfortable with college Rugby" said Duffy.

In the backline, the halfback pairing of Jonah Eldridge and Kyle Rogers is rested and makes way for Matt Rogers and Ricky Lindsay, with the younger Rogers making his first career varsity start. At Center, Ian Hause and Robert Melvin look to attack the UCSD defense and are joined by Jeremy Fleet, Nick Alfaro, and Adam Wilson, who scored twice last week in the win over Oregon State. Fullback Tyler Sousley is rested in his preparation for Junior All Americans duty.

The bench is vastly changed this week to account for the moves in the starting side, with Kurt Vecchio and Hector Ramirez covering at Prop and Dacoda Worth covering at Lock fresh off a two-try performance last week. In the backrow, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tyler Hansen provide cover for the Wildcats. In the backline reserves, Jonah Eldridge, Shane Dempsey, and Ben Joseph provide higly capable athletes if called upon.

Saturday marks an important contest for the Wildcats, with the opening round of the D1A playoffs looming and an April 16th contest at LSU in the first round upcoming. For now, though, all focus is on UCSD as the Wildcats look to finish on a high note and then turn their attention to a national championship.
